  • 200g Steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • 4-5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt, pepper

Method

  1. Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-sear over high heat, 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
  4. Arrange greens and cherry tomatoes on a plate.
  5. Top with sliced steak and drizzle with olive oil.
