- 2 cups Mixed greens
- 4-5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Method
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear over high heat, 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
