  • 3 cups (packed) Fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt, pepper, cumin

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach in batches, stirring until wilted.
