- 250g Ground beef
- 2 medium Zucchini, diced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- to taste Salt, pepper, cumin
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart, about 5 minutes.
- Add diced zucchini and tomato paste, stir well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
