Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 3 oz (85g) Ground pork
  • 1/2 cup Napa cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 tbsp Scallion, finely sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar

Method

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high. Brown pork with garlic and ginger 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage, scallion, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; stir-fry 3 minutes.
  3. Warm the wrap. Spoon filling down the center.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
