Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 3 oz (85g) Ground pork
- 1/2 cup Napa cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 tbsp Scallion, finely sliced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
Method
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high. Brown pork with garlic and ginger 3-4 minutes.
- Add cabbage, scallion, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Warm the wrap. Spoon filling down the center.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
