- 400 g Hanger steak
- a handful Wild garlic (or regular garlic + arugula)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 piece Lemon
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Bring meat to room temperature, season with salt.
- Cook each side for 3-4 min in a very hot pan.
- Rest for 10 min.
- Toss wild garlic with olive oil and lemon, drizzle over the steak.
