  • 400 g Hanger steak
  • a handful Wild garlic (or regular garlic + arugula)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 piece Lemon
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Bring meat to room temperature, season with salt.
  2. Cook each side for 3-4 min in a very hot pan.
  3. Rest for 10 min.
  4. Toss wild garlic with olive oil and lemon, drizzle over the steak.
