Ingredients
- 2 piece(s) Beef ribeye
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove(s) Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Bring ribeyes to room temperature and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook each side for 4-5 minutes in butter in a hot pan.
- Remove the meat and let it rest.
- In the same pan, saute garlic for 30 seconds, add cream and mustard.
- When the sauce thickens, drizzle over the meat and serve.
