  • 2 piece(s) Beef ribeye
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Bring ribeyes to room temperature and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes in butter in a hot pan.
  3. Remove the meat and let it rest.
  4. In the same pan, saute garlic for 30 seconds, add cream and mustard.
  5. When the sauce thickens, drizzle over the meat and serve.
