Ingredients
- 8 (about 2 lbs) Chicken thighs, bone-in
- 3 tbsp Harissa paste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Lime zest
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh mint
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Mix harissa paste and olive oil. Coat chicken thighs, season with salt.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or grill to medium-high.
- Cook chicken 20-25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Mix yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and mint for the sauce.
- Serve chicken with lime yogurt sauce drizzled on top.
