Ingredients

  • 8 (about 2 lbs) Chicken thighs, bone-in
  • 3 tbsp Harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Lime zest
  • 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh mint
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Mix harissa paste and olive oil. Coat chicken thighs, season with salt.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or grill to medium-high.
  3. Cook chicken 20-25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Mix yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and mint for the sauce.
  5. Serve chicken with lime yogurt sauce drizzled on top.
