Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Ground lamb
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 can (14 oz) Diced tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Mix lamb with cumin, cinnamon, half the paprika, salt, and pepper. Form meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in olive oil. Remove.
- Add garlic, remaining paprika, and tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Return meatballs. Make wells and crack eggs into sauce.
- Cover and cook 5-7 minutes until eggs are set. Garnish with parsley.
