  • 6 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 stalk(s) Green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dill, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Boil eggs for 12 minutes and transfer to ice water.
  2. Peel and roughly chop.
  3. Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Toss eggs with the dressing.
  5. Sprinkle with green onion and dill, then serve.
