- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 stalk(s) Green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dill, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil eggs for 12 minutes and transfer to ice water.
- Peel and roughly chop.
- Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Toss eggs with the dressing.
- Sprinkle with green onion and dill, then serve.
