Ingredients

  • 6 Egg whites
  • 2 oz (60g) Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Blend egg whites, cream cheese, almond flour, and salt until smooth.
  2. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
  3. Cook 2-3 minutes until set. Flip gently, cook 1 more minute.
  4. Repeat with remaining batter for 4 wraps.
  5. Fill with your favorite protein and veggies — chicken shawarma, taco beef, or turkey and avocado.
