Ingredients
- 1 Green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf)
- 1 cup (240ml) Hot water
- 5-6 leaves Fresh mint leaves
- 4-5 cubes Ice
- 1 tsp Erythritol (optional)
Method
- Steep green tea in hot water for 2-3 minutes — longer makes it bitter.
- Remove the tea bag and stir in erythritol while still warm if using.
- Let the tea cool for 5 minutes, then pour over a glass of ice.
- Tear mint leaves to release their oils and drop them in. Serve.
