Ingredients

  • 1 Green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf)
  • 1 cup (240ml) Hot water
  • 5-6 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 4-5 cubes Ice
  • 1 tsp Erythritol (optional)

Method

  1. Steep green tea in hot water for 2-3 minutes — longer makes it bitter.
  2. Remove the tea bag and stir in erythritol while still warm if using.
  3. Let the tea cool for 5 minutes, then pour over a glass of ice.
  4. Tear mint leaves to release their oils and drop them in. Serve.
