- 12 piece(s) Large cremini mushrooms
- 150 g Cream cheese
- 2 piece(s) Jalapeño, diced
- 1/3 cup Cheddar, shredded
- 2 piece(s) Green onion

Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Remove mushroom stems.
- Mix cream cheese, jalapeño, cheddar and green onion.
- Stuff mushrooms and arrange on a baking sheet.
