  • 12 piece(s) Large cremini mushrooms
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 2 piece(s) Jalapeño, diced
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar, shredded
  • 2 piece(s) Green onion

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Remove mushroom stems.
  3. Mix cream cheese, jalapeño, cheddar and green onion.
  4. Stuff mushrooms and arrange on a baking sheet.
