- 300 g Frozen spinach, thawed
- 200 g Artichoke hearts (canned)
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 piece(s) Jalapeño pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Squeeze all water out of the spinach.
- Mix all ingredients and transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake 20 min until puffed and golden on top.
