  • 300 g Frozen spinach, thawed
  • 200 g Artichoke hearts (canned)
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 2 piece(s) Jalapeño pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Squeeze all water out of the spinach.
  3. Mix all ingredients and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Bake 20 min until puffed and golden on top.
  5. Serve with vegetable sticks or keto crackers.
