Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground pork
  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp Sriracha

Method

  1. Brown pork in a skillet 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
  2. Add cabbage, stir-fry 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  3. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss.
  4. Mix sriracha with a splash of soy sauce for the dipping sauce.
  5. Serve in bowls topped with green onions. Drizzle dipping sauce.
