Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Ground pork
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 Green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Sriracha
Method
- Brown pork in a skillet 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
- Add cabbage, stir-fry 3-4 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss.
- Mix sriracha with a splash of soy sauce for the dipping sauce.
- Serve in bowls topped with green onions. Drizzle dipping sauce.
