Ingredients

  • 200 g Shirataki noodles
  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 2 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 30 g Peanut(s)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 piece(s) Lime
  • 2 stalk(s) Green onion

Method

  1. Rinse shirataki noodles and dry-fry in a pan for 2-3 min.
  2. Saute shrimp in olive oil in a separate pan, set aside.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
  4. Combine noodles, shrimp, eggs, soy sauce and lime juice.
  5. Serve with crushed peanuts and green onion.
