Ingredients
- 200 g Shirataki noodles
- 200 g Shrimp
- 2 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 30 g Peanut(s)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece(s) Lime
- 2 stalk(s) Green onion
Method
- Rinse shirataki noodles and dry-fry in a pan for 2-3 min.
- Saute shrimp in olive oil in a separate pan, set aside.
- Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
- Combine noodles, shrimp, eggs, soy sauce and lime juice.
- Serve with crushed peanuts and green onion.
