Ingredients

  • 250g (about 2) Avocado, mashed
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 100g Dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 90g Almond flour
  • 60g Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking pan with parchment.
  2. Blend avocado until completely smooth.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, erythritol.
  4. Add eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, and avocado to the dry mix. Stir until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Spread in pan and bake 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out semi-clean.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into 12 pieces.
