Ingredients

  • 2 cups (224g) Almond flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk eggs until fluffy. Add melted butter and vinegar.
  3. Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake 28-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before slicing into 10 pieces.
