Ingredients
- 2 cups (224g) Almond flour
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk eggs until fluffy. Add melted butter and vinegar.
- Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake 28-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing into 10 pieces.
