Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Large shrimp, peeled
- 1/3 cup Almond flour
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Erythritol
- 3 tbsp Avocado oil
- for serving Lettuce leaves
Method
- Mix almond flour, parmesan, salt and pepper. Coat shrimp.
- Fry shrimp in avocado oil 2 minutes per side until golden. Drain.
- Whisk mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, and erythritol for the bang bang sauce.
- Arrange shrimp on lettuce leaves.
- Drizzle generously with bang bang sauce. Serve immediately.
