Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Flank steak, sliced thin
- 3 cups Broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Method
- Sear beef in avocado oil over high heat 2 minutes. Remove.
- Stir-fry broccoli 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds.
- Pour in soy sauce, erythritol, and sesame oil. Return beef.
- Toss everything together 1 minute. Garnish with sesame seeds.
