Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Flank steak, sliced thin
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Method

  1. Sear beef in avocado oil over high heat 2 minutes. Remove.
  2. Stir-fry broccoli 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, erythritol, and sesame oil. Return beef.
  5. Toss everything together 1 minute. Garnish with sesame seeds.
