Ingredients

  • 150 g Shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • 100 g Dark chocolate (85%+)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Method

  1. Mix shredded coconut with melted oil, erythritol and vanilla.
  2. Shape into bars and freeze for 30 min.
  3. Melt chocolate, dip bars in chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
