Ingredients
- 14 oz (400g) Smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Brown sausage slices in butter, 3-4 minutes. Remove.
- Add cabbage to the pan. Cook 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic, paprika, and pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute.
- Return sausage, toss together. Season with salt and pepper.
