Ingredients

  • 14 oz (400g) Smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Brown sausage slices in butter, 3-4 minutes. Remove.
  2. Add cabbage to the pan. Cook 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add garlic, paprika, and pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Return sausage, toss together. Season with salt and pepper.
