Ingredients
- 1.5 cups (170g) Pecan halves
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/3 cup Brown erythritol or allulose
- 2 tbsp Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in sweetener and cook 2 minutes until dissolved and bubbling.
- Add heavy cream and stir until a smooth caramel forms, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Add pecans and toss to coat evenly. Cook 2-3 minutes until pecans are toasted.
- Spread on parchment paper to cool. They'll harden as they cool.
- Break apart and store in an airtight container.
