- 2 cups (200g) Shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup (50g) Almond flour
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cheddar, almond flour, paprika, and salt into a dough.
- Roll between parchment sheets to 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into 1-inch squares.
