  • 2 cups (200g) Shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cheddar, almond flour, paprika, and salt into a dough.
  3. Roll between parchment sheets to 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut into 1-inch squares.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes until crispy. Cool completely.
