Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter, 1/2 cup erythritol, 2 eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in almond flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and chopped chocolate. Spread in pan.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with 3 tbsp erythritol and 1 egg until smooth.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake batter onto the brownie batter.
  6. Drag a knife through both batters in a swirl pattern.
  7. Bake 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
