Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Almond flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp Erythritol
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Sugar-free dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
- Whisk melted butter, 1/2 cup erythritol, 2 eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in almond flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and chopped chocolate. Spread in pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese with 3 tbsp erythritol and 1 egg until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake batter onto the brownie batter.
- Drag a knife through both batters in a swirl pattern.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
