Ingredients
- 2 cups (200g) Almond flour
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Erythritol
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and erythritol. Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on pan 5 minutes.
