Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200g) Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and erythritol. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix in almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on pan 5 minutes.
