Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) Almond flour
- 2 oz (55g) Cream cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 3 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, cream cheese, egg, 1 tbsp melted butter, vanilla, and baking powder into a dough.
- Roll into small balls (about 1 inch).
- Bake 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Mix erythritol and cinnamon. Brush bites with remaining melted butter and roll in cinnamon mixture.
