Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100g) Almond flour
  • 2 oz (55g) Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, cream cheese, egg, 1 tbsp melted butter, vanilla, and baking powder into a dough.
  3. Roll into small balls (about 1 inch).
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden.
  5. Mix erythritol and cinnamon. Brush bites with remaining melted butter and roll in cinnamon mixture.
