Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
  3. Place between two sheets of parchment. Roll very thin (1/8 inch).
  4. Remove top parchment. Score into squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool completely before breaking apart.
