Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1/4 cup Flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all ingredients into a dough.
- Place between two sheets of parchment. Roll very thin (1/8 inch).
- Remove top parchment. Score into squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool completely before breaking apart.
