Ingredients

  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1.5 cups (225g) Diced ham
  • 2 medium Zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup (100g) Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter (for greasing)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread zucchini and ham in the baking dish.
  4. Pour egg mixture over, top with mozzarella.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes until set and golden on top. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
