Ingredients
- 8 large Eggs
- 1.5 cups (225g) Diced ham
- 2 medium Zucchini, diced
- 1 cup (100g) Shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter (for greasing)
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread zucchini and ham in the baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture over, top with mozzarella.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until set and golden on top. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
