- 1 cup (100g) Almond flour
- 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese, softened
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Butter (for cooking)
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
- Pour 3-inch rounds. Cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
- Flip carefully, cook 1-2 more minutes.
