Ingredients
- 4 oz (115g) Sugar-free dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/3 cup Natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Erythritol (powdered)
- pinch Salt
Method
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Spoon a thin layer into 12 silicone muffin cups.
- Freeze 5 minutes until set.
- Mix peanut butter with erythritol and salt. Drop 1 tsp onto each chocolate base.
- Cover with remaining melted chocolate.
- Freeze 30 minutes until solid. Store in fridge.
