Ingredients

  • 4 oz (115g) Sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol (powdered)
  • pinch Salt

Method

  1. Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Spoon a thin layer into 12 silicone muffin cups.
  2. Freeze 5 minutes until set.
  3. Mix peanut butter with erythritol and salt. Drop 1 tsp onto each chocolate base.
  4. Cover with remaining melted chocolate.
  5. Freeze 30 minutes until solid. Store in fridge.
