Ingredients

  • 1 cup (113g) Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (56g) Almond flour
  • 1 Large egg
  • 4 oz (113g) Lean ground beef (90/10)
  • 1/4 cup (50g) Yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Frozen green peas
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Cook ground beef with onion, peas, curry powder, and turmeric until browned and fragrant, 6-8 minutes. Cool.
  2. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second bursts until melted and smooth.
  3. Knead in almond flour and the egg until a uniform dough forms.
  4. Divide dough in 4. Roll each piece between parchment, cut into a circle, and halve.
  5. Fold each half into a cone, fill with 1-2 tablespoons of beef mixture, and seal the edges firmly.
  6. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
