Ingredients

  • 6 large Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Dried sage
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix sausage with sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide into 6 portions. Flatten each, wrap around a hard-boiled egg.
  4. Roll lightly in almond flour.
  5. Bake 25 minutes until sausage is cooked through and golden.
