Ingredients
- 6 large Hard-boiled eggs
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Dried sage
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix sausage with sage, salt, and pepper.
- Divide into 6 portions. Flatten each, wrap around a hard-boiled egg.
- Roll lightly in almond flour.
- Bake 25 minutes until sausage is cooked through and golden.
