Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken thighs, cubed
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Erythritol
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 3 Green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Pan-fry in avocado oil over high heat 5-6 minutes until crispy.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, erythritol, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken, toss to coat. Cook 2 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes the chicken.
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve over cauliflower rice.
