Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120g) Full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup (50g) Fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Cold water
- 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
- 1/4 tsp Rose water
- pinch Ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Add yogurt, strawberries, heavy cream, water, allulose, rose water, and cardamom to a blender.
- Top with the ice.
- Blend on high 45 seconds until pink and smooth — the strawberry seeds should be barely visible.
- Taste and adjust with another splash of rose water if you like it more perfumed — it's potent, go slowly.
- Pour into a tall glass and dust the surface with extra cardamom.
