Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120g) Full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (50g) Fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Cold water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
  • 1/4 tsp Rose water
  • pinch Ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Add yogurt, strawberries, heavy cream, water, allulose, rose water, and cardamom to a blender.
  2. Top with the ice.
  3. Blend on high 45 seconds until pink and smooth — the strawberry seeds should be barely visible.
  4. Taste and adjust with another splash of rose water if you like it more perfumed — it's potent, go slowly.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and dust the surface with extra cardamom.
