- 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 400g Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning (cumin, paprika, garlic powder)
- 1 piece(s) Avocado
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 handful(s) Lettuce

Method
- Place a palm-sized amount of cheddar in a pan and melt, lift with a spatula when edges brown.
- While hot, drape over a rolling pin to form a taco shape, let cool.
- Cook ground beef with taco seasonings.
- Fill cheese shells with ground beef, lettuce and avocado slices.
- Serve with sour cream.
