Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Beef sirloin, very thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced
  • 1 Green pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 8 large Butter lettuce leaves
  • for serving Lemon wedges and onion
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over very high heat.
  2. Add beef slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add peppers and tomato. Cook 2 minutes.
  4. Season with cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  5. Spoon the sizzling mixture into lettuce leaves.
  6. Squeeze lemon over the top and serve immediately.
