Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Beef sirloin, very thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 medium Tomato, diced
- 1 Green pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 8 large Butter lettuce leaves
- for serving Lemon wedges and onion
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over very high heat.
- Add beef slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add peppers and tomato. Cook 2 minutes.
- Season with cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Spoon the sizzling mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Squeeze lemon over the top and serve immediately.
