  • 2 cans (10 oz total) Canned tuna, drained
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 Cheddar cheese slices
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 oz (85g) Cream cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Make cloud bread: beat eggs, mix with cream cheese, bake at 300°F as 4 rounds for 25 min. (Can be made ahead.)
  2. Mix tuna, mayo, celery, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pile tuna salad on cloud bread rounds.
  4. Top with cheddar. Broil 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
