  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup (100g) Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp (optional) Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker.
  2. Whisk eggs. Stir in mozzarella and seasonings.
  3. Pour half the batter into waffle maker.
  4. Cook 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve as bread substitute or with toppings.
