  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3, sliced Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 12 Butter lettuce cups
  • to taste Sriracha

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in sesame oil, breaking it up.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, erythritol, and vinegar. Cook 3 minutes.
  3. Spoon into lettuce cups.
  4. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and sriracha.
