Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 4 oz (115g) Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Powdered erythritol
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Kimchi, drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp Scallion, sliced
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, erythritol, and ginger. Toss with beef; marinate 5 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over high. Sear beef 2-3 minutes until just cooked, leaving a glaze.
- Warm the wrap. Layer beef, kimchi, scallion, and sesame seeds down the center.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
