Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 4 oz (115g) Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp Kimchi, drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Scallion, sliced
  • 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, erythritol, and ginger. Toss with beef; marinate 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over high. Sear beef 2-3 minutes until just cooked, leaving a glaze.
  3. Warm the wrap. Layer beef, kimchi, scallion, and sesame seeds down the center.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
