Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Large sea scallops
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh parsley
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Pat scallops very dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sear in a hot skillet with 1 tbsp butter, 2 minutes per side. Remove.
- Add remaining butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
- Add lemon juice, swirl. Pour over scallops, garnish with parsley.
