Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Large sea scallops
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Pat scallops very dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear in a hot skillet with 1 tbsp butter, 2 minutes per side. Remove.
  3. Add remaining butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
  4. Add lemon juice, swirl. Pour over scallops, garnish with parsley.
