Ingredients
- 180g Salmon fillet
- 2 cups Mixed greens
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lemon wedge
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down and cook 4 minutes until skin is crispy.
- Flip and cook 3-4 minutes more until done to your preference.
- Arrange greens on a plate, place salmon on top.
- Squeeze lemon over everything and serve.
