- 1 large Cauliflower
- 60 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Slice cauliflower into 2cm-thick steaks.
- Brush with olive oil, coat with Parmesan and garlic powder.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 min until golden.
