  • 1 large Cauliflower
  • 60 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Slice cauliflower into 2cm-thick steaks.
  2. Brush with olive oil, coat with Parmesan and garlic powder.
  3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 min until golden.
