Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- pinch Salt
Method
- Melt coconut oil and peanut butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Stir in cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour into silicone molds or a lined mini muffin tin.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.
