Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Salt

Method

  1. Melt coconut oil and peanut butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour into silicone molds or a lined mini muffin tin.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.
  5. Store in the freezer or fridge. Let sit 2 minutes before eating.
