- 2 piece(s) Salmon fillet
- 1 cup Fresh basil
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove(s) Garlic
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Blend basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil into pesto.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread generous pesto on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
