  • 2 piece(s) Salmon fillet
  • 1 cup Fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Blend basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil into pesto.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread generous pesto on top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
