  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Place tablespoon-sized mounds of Parmesan on parchment paper (leave space between them).
  3. Sprinkle with optional red pepper flakes or thyme.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cool completely — they crisp up as they cool.
