  • 2 large Chicken breast
  • 80 g Ricotta-style cheese
  • a handful Spinach
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic
  • to taste Salt, pepper, paprika

Method

  1. Cut a pocket in the side of each chicken breast.
  2. Prepare filling with ricotta-style cheese, spinach and garlic.
  3. Stuff filling into the chicken breasts, secure with toothpicks.
  4. Season and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 22-25 min.
