- a handful Spinach
- 1 clove(s) Garlic

Method
- Cut a pocket in the side of each chicken breast.
- Prepare filling with ricotta-style cheese, spinach and garlic.
- Stuff filling into the chicken breasts, secure with toothpicks.
- Season and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 22-25 min.
