- 2 lbs (900g) Pork belly, cubed
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Five spice powder
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 2, sliced Green onions
Method
- Score pork belly skin. Rub with salt and five spice.
- Roast at 425°F (220°C) skin-side up for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, erythritol, and sriracha for glaze.
- Toss crispy pork belly bites in glaze. Top with green onions.
