  • 2 lbs (900g) Pork belly, cubed
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Five spice powder
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 2, sliced Green onions

Method

  1. Score pork belly skin. Rub with salt and five spice.
  2. Roast at 425°F (220°C) skin-side up for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
  3. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, erythritol, and sriracha for glaze.
  4. Toss crispy pork belly bites in glaze. Top with green onions.
