- 300 g Monkfish fillet
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 clove(s) Garlic
- 3 stalk(s) Taze kekik ve biberiye
- 1/2 piece Lemon

Method
- Salt the fish and let sit for 10 min.
- Melt butter and saute garlic and herbs.
- Add the fish and cook each side for 4-5 min.
- Squeeze lemon and serve with the butter sauce.
