  • 300 g Monkfish fillet
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic
  • 3 stalk(s) Taze kekik ve biberiye

Method

  1. Salt the fish and let sit for 10 min.
  2. Melt butter and saute garlic and herbs.
