- 400 g Asparagus
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove(s) Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus.
- Toss with olive oil, sesame oil and garlic.
- Spread on a sheet pan and roast 12-15 min.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
