  • 400 g Asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus.
  3. Toss with olive oil, sesame oil and garlic.
  4. Spread on a sheet pan and roast 12-15 min.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
